1. Description of Service

Levenar is a newsletter service that sends personalized daily reading packs to engineers and technology professionals. The service is currently in beta and is free of charge.

2. No Availability Guarantees

During the beta phase, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability, continuity, or content accuracy. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Levenar, you agree to:

• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Not resell or redistribute service content
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Provide accurate information during registration

4. Unsubscribing

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. After unsubscribing, you will stop receiving emails and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property

Content curated in daily packs comes from third parties and is attributed to their original authors. Levenar does not claim ownership of third-party articles. Levenar's design, brand, and software are the exclusive property of Levenar.

6. Limitation of Liability

Levenar shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Levenar's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months (zero during the beta phase).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Chilean law. For users in the European Union, the GDPR applies with respect to personal data processing. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Santiago, Chile.
